Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Re-View Business Strategies Inc. ("RBS," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the O.R.D.E.R. platform, including nobottlenecks.com, related member portals, courses, assessments, downloadable tools, workshops, community features, and other digital services that RBS makes available (collectively, the "Service").

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, clicking an acceptance box, purchasing a subscription, or accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and any policies expressly incorporated into them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company, nonprofit, government agency, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, "you" includes both you and that organization where the context requires.

2. What the Service Is and Who Operates It

The Service is operated by Re-View Business Strategies Inc. RBS provides a guided business-implementation environment designed to help founders and business leaders reduce founder dependence, build clearer systems and playbooks, transfer ownership, improve operating rhythm, and create greater organizational capacity.

The Service may include free and paid membership levels, O.R.D.E.R. Core, Founder Capacity Builder offerings, courses, assessments, worksheets, templates, workshops, community features, coaching or implementation support, and other resources that RBS may add, change, or discontinue over time.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration and billing information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
  • Accounts are personal to the authorized user and may not be shared, sold, transferred, or made available to another person unless RBS expressly allows it.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, notify RBS promptly at support@re-viewyourbusiness.com.
  • RBS may require additional verification where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, its users, payment systems, intellectual property, or data.

4. Subscriptions, Pricing, Billing, Automatic Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds

4.1 Pricing and Subscription Terms

The price, membership level, included features, and billing cycle applicable to your purchase are the terms shown to you at checkout or in a separate written order, proposal, sponsor agreement, or institutional agreement. RBS may offer free access, promotional access, trial access, or sponsored access subject to additional terms.

4.2 Automatic Monthly Renewal

IMPORTANT RECURRING-BILLING NOTICE: Unless RBS expressly states otherwise at checkout, paid memberships automatically renew each month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. By purchasing a paid membership, you authorize RBS and its payment processor, Square, to charge your selected payment method for each recurring monthly renewal and any applicable taxes or fees.

If RBS changes the recurring price for an existing paid membership, RBS will provide reasonable advance notice before the new price takes effect. If you do not agree to the new price, you must cancel before the first renewal charged at the new price.

4.3 Payment Processing Through Square

Payments are processed through Square and its affiliates or another payment processor that RBS may lawfully designate. Your payment transaction may also be subject to the processor's applicable terms and privacy notices. RBS is not responsible for a third-party payment processor's independent acts or omissions.

You authorize RBS and Square to charge the payment method you provide for all amounts due under your subscription. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. If a payment fails, RBS may retry the charge, suspend paid features, or terminate paid access after reasonable notice, subject to applicable law.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel a paid membership at any time. You may cancel through any self-service cancellation feature RBS makes available or by emailing support@re-viewyourbusiness.com from the email address associated with your account. To avoid a renewal charge, your cancellation must be submitted before that renewal is processed.

After cancellation, your paid access will continue through the end of your current paid billing period. Your membership will not renew after that period unless you later re-subscribe.

4.5 Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable once charged, except where a refund is required by applicable law. RBS does not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time remaining in a billing period.

4.6 Taxes

You are responsible for applicable taxes associated with your purchase, except taxes imposed on RBS's net income. Where required, RBS or its payment processor may calculate, collect, and remit applicable taxes.

5. Organizational, Sponsored, Partner, and Institutional Access

RBS may provide access through employers, sponsors, chambers, SBDCs, foundations, banks, partner organizations, licensed facilitators, or other institutional relationships. If another organization pays for or sponsors your access, that organization's written agreement with RBS may govern payment, seat eligibility, reporting, branding, support, term, or termination.

Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, these Terms govern each individual user's use of the Service. A separate written agreement signed by RBS controls if it directly conflicts with these Terms.

Institutional or facilitator rights to teach, distribute, reproduce, customize, or sublicense O.R.D.E.R. materials exist only if granted in a separate written license or agreement signed by RBS.

6. Service Features, Changes, and Availability

RBS may add, remove, revise, replace, or reorganize courses, tools, assessments, community features, resources, workshops, or other Service features as the platform develops. RBS does not guarantee that any particular feature, instructor, course, community function, integration, or third-party service will remain available permanently.

RBS may perform maintenance or experience interruptions, delays, errors, or outages. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to operate the Service reliably, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed.

7. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Share, sell, rent, sublicense, or transfer your account or login credentials.
  • Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit RBS content except as expressly permitted in these Terms or a separate written agreement.
  • Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, crawlers, data-mining tools, or similar methods to extract content, user information, course materials, prompts, assessments, or data from the Service without written permission.
  • Use RBS content, member content, or platform data to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or develop an artificial-intelligence model, machine-learning system, competing database, or competing product without written permission.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, probe, test, or attempt to discover source code, security controls, scoring logic, or non-public technical methods, except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Interfere with the Service, bypass access controls, introduce malware, overload systems, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, networks, or data.
  • Use the Service to violate law, infringe another person's rights, commit fraud, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your affiliation with RBS.
  • Use RBS branding, trademarks, course names, facilitator designations, or O.R.D.E.R. materials in a manner that implies endorsement, certification, affiliation, or authority that RBS has not granted in writing.

8. Community Forum and Member Conduct

Community spaces are intended for practical learning, implementation, peer support, and professional exchange. Members are expected to communicate with respect and good judgment.

You may not use community features to:

  • Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, demean, or target another person.
  • Post hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, deceptive, or unlawful content.
  • Publish another person's private, confidential, or identifying information without authorization.
  • Spam, repeatedly self-promote, mass-message members, or conduct unauthorized commercial solicitation, recruiting, investment solicitation, or lead harvesting.
  • Upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, trade secrets, contractual rights, or other rights.
  • Disrupt discussions, impersonate another member, manipulate participation, or intentionally spread materially false information.

RBS may moderate community areas, remove content, restrict posting, suspend access, or terminate accounts when RBS reasonably believes conduct violates these Terms, threatens another person, creates legal or security risk, or materially harms the community. RBS is not required to pre-screen every community post and does not endorse member statements simply because they appear in the Service.

Community Privacy Reminder: Community posts may be visible to other members. Do not post trade secrets, confidential client information, protected personal data, passwords, financial account information, or other information that you are not comfortable sharing with the intended community audience.

9. RBS Intellectual Property and Your Limited License

9.1 RBS Ownership

The Service and the content made available through it — including the O.R.D.E.R. framework, course content, videos, assessments, quizzes, scoring methods, worksheets, templates, playbooks, diagrams, graphics, text, audio, software, workflows, processes, databases, branding, trademarks, trade dress, and non-public know-how — are owned by RBS or used by RBS under license and are protected by intellectual-property and other applicable laws.

9.2 Limited Member License

Subject to these Terms and your continued lawful access, RBS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use Service materials for your own learning and for internal implementation within the business or organization for which your access was purchased or authorized.

You may download and adapt worksheets, checklists, decision rules, playbook templates, and similar implementation tools for internal use in your own business. You may share completed internal operating assets with authorized employees or contractors who reasonably need them to perform work for that same business, provided the underlying RBS materials are not separately distributed or used to train third parties.

9.3 Uses That Require Written Permission

Unless RBS gives you a separate written license, you may not resell, redistribute, publish, publicly display, sublicense, teach, certify others in, white-label, translate for distribution, create derivative training products from, or commercially exploit RBS materials. You also may not remove proprietary notices or present RBS materials as your own original methodology.

10. Member Content, Business Information, and Feedback

10.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content and business information that you lawfully submit to the Service ("Member Content"). You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit that content and that doing so does not violate law, contracts, privacy obligations, or another person's rights.

You grant RBS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display Member Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, administer, and improve the Service, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

RBS will not use your identifiable private business information as a public testimonial, public case study, or public marketing example without separate permission. RBS may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand platform performance, improve features, measure outcomes, and produce benchmarking or research insights, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10.2 Feedback

If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, comments, or feedback about the Service, you grant RBS permission to use that feedback to improve or develop its products and services without compensation or obligation to you, provided RBS does not publicly attribute the feedback to you without permission.

11. Third-Party Services, Links, and Integrations

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, including Square for payment processing and other providers for hosting, analytics, communication, video, community, or integrations. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. RBS does not control and is not responsible for third-party services that are not operated by RBS.

12. Educational, Business, and Professional Disclaimers

12.1 Business Education and Implementation Support

The Service provides business education, implementation frameworks, tools, and general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, securities, insurance, lending, medical, mental-health, employment-law, human-resources, or other regulated professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your circumstances.

12.2 No Guarantee of Results

RBS does not guarantee that use of the Service will increase revenue, profit, enterprise value, customer retention, employee performance, financing access, valuation, productivity, time savings, founder freedom, or any other business result. Outcomes depend on factors outside RBS's control, including your decisions, market conditions, team performance, implementation quality, resources, timing, and third parties.

12.3 Community and Peer Information

Statements made by members, guests, facilitators, contractors, or other third parties are their own. RBS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or suitability of member or third-party advice, recommendations, opportunities, referrals, or claims.

13. Suspension and Termination

RBS may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, misuse the Service, threaten security, infringe intellectual property, create material risk for RBS or other users, or engage in conduct that RBS reasonably determines is harmful to the community or Service.

Where practical and appropriate, RBS may provide notice and an opportunity to correct a violation. RBS may act immediately where it reasonably believes urgent action is needed to protect people, data, payment systems, intellectual property, legal compliance, or platform security.

Termination does not eliminate obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations, intellectual-property restrictions, indemnification obligations, dispute provisions, and any provisions that by their nature should survive.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." RBS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

RBS does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, free from harmful components, or that defects will always be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RBS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, FACILITATORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF RBS FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT PAID TO RBS FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. The allocation of risk in this section is an essential basis of the agreement between you and RBS.

16. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RBS and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, facilitators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from or related to: (a) your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your Member Content; (d) your infringement or violation of another person's rights; or (e) your conduct in the community or toward another user.

RBS may assume control of the defense of a matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate reasonably with the defense.

17. Privacy, Data, and Security

RBS's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information are described in the RBS Privacy Policy made available through the Service. The Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms.

You are responsible for deciding what business information you submit. Unless RBS signs a separate nondisclosure or data-processing agreement, your use of the Service does not by itself create a special fiduciary, attorney-client, accountant-client, therapist-client, or other professional confidential relationship.

RBS uses commercially reasonable measures intended to protect the Service, but no system can guarantee absolute security. You should use strong passwords, protect your devices, limit sensitive uploads, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

18. Copyright and Intellectual-Property Concerns

If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights, contact RBS at support@re-viewyourbusiness.com and provide enough information for RBS to identify the material, understand the rights you claim, and contact you. RBS may request additional information before acting.

19. Electronic Communications and Notices

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to receive transactional, account, billing, security, service, and legal communications electronically, including by email and through the Service. Marketing communications, where used, will be handled in accordance with applicable law and available preference controls.

Notices to RBS concerning these Terms may be sent to support@re-viewyourbusiness.com and, when formal written notice is appropriate, to Re-View Business Strategies Inc., 2403 SE 17th Street, Ocala, FL 34471.

20. Changes to These Terms

RBS may update these Terms as the Service, law, business model, payment practices, or platform features change. If a change is material, RBS will provide reasonable notice through the Service, by email, or by another reasonable method before the change becomes effective when required by law.

Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree to a material change, you should stop using the Service and cancel any paid membership before the next renewal.

21. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except to the extent federal law controls.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any lawsuit or judicial proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Marion County, Florida, or in the federal court having jurisdiction over Marion County, Florida. You and RBS consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

22. General Legal Terms

22.1 Entire Agreement and Order of Precedence

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the checkout terms applicable to your purchase, and any other policy expressly incorporated by reference form the agreement governing your individual use of the Service. If RBS and you or your organization sign a separate written agreement that expressly conflicts with these Terms, the signed written agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.

22.2 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without RBS's written consent. RBS may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, transfer to an affiliate, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.

22.3 Severability

If a court determines that any provision of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

22.4 No Waiver

A failure by RBS to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or of RBS's right to enforce it later.

22.5 Force Majeure

RBS is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including internet or hosting outages, cyberattacks, labor disruptions, acts of government, natural disasters, utility failures, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or failures of third-party service providers.

22.6 Headings

Section headings are provided for convenience and do not limit the meaning of these Terms.
